#22 #29in29 Signs of Moto Spring

Sure sign of spring, little blossoms and snow drops!

Few things make the heart of a motorcyclist and scooterist happier than anything is  sunshine and twisties.  Spring is rapidly drawing closer and this Moto Diva is eagerly, anxiously and happy anticipating spring's arrival.  I am dreaming of tearing up the twisties, going for long rides where I don't have to hermetically seal myself from the elements.  We are all tired of the drudge of winter with either rain or snow and I think I can say for my fellow West Coasters we are tired of grey skies and rain.  Its funny last night I was sitting at a meeting and a few people commented on how nice winter has been, I replied, "It's only mild and lovely when you are sitting in a  warm car commuting on a cold wet rainy day." Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side of the commuting coin.

                                           Snowdrops.

I thought about riding to work this morning, but I had to scrape both my front and rear windshield, so I didn't take the chance, even though I know it's going to be a good, warm afternoon

As far as Winter's go, it hasn't been too bad, but at the same time, I see it through the windshield from my heated car seats. ;-)

I could ride in the rain, but it is no fun sometimes.

Glad to see you are getting some blossoms and signs of Spring. Unfortunately Spring will probably be wet too, just prettier to look at due to the flowers.

OOH - love that first image. The pink blossoms with the red bike is lovely!

You found some really good Spring signs. Very cheerful to see the blooms! :)

I see a coy little bike hiding behind some blossoms ... I am freaking jealous especially after an alternator meltdown left me cold on the raod (in my not so warm four wheeled vehicle) this morning at 6 am. My first thought was, if this was spring I'd just ride the bike but it isn't and we're expecting 5 to 10 cm of white stuff here in Ontario tonight. Boo Hoo.

Bob - I am glad you didn't ride, you never know where black ice might spring up.

Trobairitz - no doubt it's going to rainy spring, they are talking snow tomorrow. ICK!

Troubadour - it has petals because it is such a dirty little bike & needs a good wash & sparkle session.

Sonja - I hear you I am so done with winter. Why don't we just skip straight onto summer.

Bluekat - it definitely warms my heart to see something that makes me think of warmer weather ahead.

VStar Lady - Snow is such a dirty word. Sorry to hear about your car - that really bites. This is the first winter I have been a rider and it just seems to make winter drag on because I am waiting for heat and riding twisties, I went out riding today & was absolutely frozen when I got home. No more twisty adventures until it warms up.
