May is Motorcycle Awareness Month

May is Motorcycle Awareness Month.  Motorcyclists please be wise when you ride, wear motorcycle gear, obey all traffic and speed laws.  If you have never taken a motorcycle riding class and are thinking of becoming a rider look for a good school and take a Novice and Traffic class.  If you have been riding a long time take an Advanced Rider or Experienced rider course to polish your skills.  Remember to always shoulder check and ride responsibly!

Vehicle Driver's please watch out for motorcyclists, with warmer weather coming we are sharing the roadway.  Please make sure you shoulder check before making lane changes, checking your mirrors is not enough, you never know who is going to be in your blindspot.  Please don't use cellphones and other handheld devices because driver inattention can be disasterous for other drivers and motorcyclists.  Drop It and Drive!
