You may have noticed a lack of posts, its because every time I write a blog post, blogger shuts down and its annoying. I am seriously thinking of moving the blog, but not sure how to do it - techulexic me.
What are you using? I.e. The web interface (what browser, OS, etc), an app on a tablet or phone, email interface?
I use Chrome on a Mac, a Windows 10 tablet, and a Chromebook and haven't had a crash for quite a while. On the iPhone, I use BlogTouch Pro for editing but not for inserting photos. On the iPad I use BlogPad Pro. It inserts photos okay but the text formatting needs to be tweaked before publishing. These haven't crashed in years...
Odd that Blogger would "shutdown". Lots of things to consider. I wouldn't race out to swap platforms just yet. At least not until you fully test things with different browsers and on a different computer if possible. At the library for instance to make sure it's not a local problem.
I've not used blogger in a couple years now and I found at times I would write a post in the interface and then it would disappear and not post. I began writing all my posts locally in Word or a some writing tool and then copy and paste into Blogger. I hated losing stuff. Sometimes I even do it with long comments.
I'm in a self-hosted instance of Wordpress now and it has so far proved to be bombproof. I've started writing directly in the interface but I know I'll get burned at some point.
I had that problem on my iphone, using the Blogger app. I got rid of the app and use google search engine in Safari, using Blogger through google works fine. You'll need to sign in to your Google account. Good luck.
Hey motorcycle diva haha! Thaats great. Since you love bikes so much, I saw some good mottos you could add to your poster about motorcycles, let me know what you think: Motorcycle Slogans

Hello Dar, I use Safari on a Mac, and never gotten any issues with formatting in Blogger. Wordpress is popular in the German community.

Keep at it. Blogging is for the courageous!
I haven't had any issues with Safari on a Mac either, but then I haven't tried posted anything in 2 months.
Hope you get it sorted.

No issues like that for me (Firefox on Windows and Mac).
Sorry for your frustrations! Now I understand where you have been hiding out.
I am on Win 7 on a laptop or my Android tablet and no issues.
I always copy my stuff before I publish, however, because a few times it has frozen up on me and lost my narrative. Not lately, though.
Glad you're back!
