Today was the day, I insured the bike and got out for two rides! The first was a little rocky because I had a battery issue, then gas issue and then torrential rain issue. But then it smoothed out and all was good with the world.
Happy smiling Moto Mama! It was wonderful and it felt like I was floating on a cloud in heaven and all the angels were singing all around me. Pure bliss.
I chased the sun until sunset. Met a new friend along the way.
Found an amazing garden with more tulips than Holland.
Yup it was a fantabulous day!

Yay! I know what it's like to get back on after time off. Both scary and glorious. Glad you're able to enjoy two-wheeled adventure again.

Sonja - it was about time, seemed to take forever!
Ally - so true, glorious but scary at times. People aren't seeing motorcyclists even though more are out on the road. I ventured forth and got stuck in standing crawling traffic and that is the scariest kind to me. You feel like a sitting duck.
Martha - when I saw the tulips I though of you right away, I am going to have go back & take som better pictures because it was at dusk. The bunny was too cute to resist.
Richard - hoping to go further afield, but you never know. I think I want to ride to Tofino this year and Gulf Islands.

We are having the same weather. Sunny in between torrential downpours. It is all in the timing.
